That game caused me physical pain, and I still haven't gotten over it.

I'm still not over that game. Every time I turn aroun , I have some buckeye honk reminding me of that game saying how they were the better team. If it weren't for the fact that I'm a Christian, I would beat the crap out of every buckeye honk that comes at me with that mess. My hatred for Taint is only surpassed by my hatred for okra, watermelon (I know), and Notre Dame.

For me -the loss to Penn St was worse because we were clearly the better team. We beat PSU 9/10 times if we play again. Even on a day with 7 turnovers we were one play and a few yards away from winning that game.

Let's face it, kids. Canes football has two Holy Grails that surpass the National Championship: beating Notre Dame in South Bend and beating Urban in Columbus.

Must happen.

The PSU loss was probably the worst loss in Canes history, because our defense played lights out while our offense missed the team bus. Just awful. What makes it worse is that Pedophile Defensive Coordinator was running the show.

Coker can complain all he wants, but the fact is that he didn't have his team ready to play that day

We had way more talent than OSU but we let them hang in there

It's like Jimmy used to say, you can't leave the game in the refs hands, that's just the fact

So Coker can complain but nobody made him lose that game with a team of pro bowlers and nobody but him is responsible for winning 7 games his last year here

Yes, if we would have just run the ball every down and not ever thrown it we probably would have won the game.

If he would have won that game, he would have been the only HC to go undefeated his first two years and win back to back NCs and still get fired a few years later.

Most of the calls in regulation went in the Canes favor. OSU might have won in regulation of it weren't for the officiating.

That was one of the worst officiated games I've ever seen. But that doesn't mean all the calls went against the canes.

Plus as many coaches note, you can't put the game on the hands of the officials.

That assumes that Coker still would have gotten fired if he had won back to back NCs. And I'm not so sure he would have.

I'm 80% sure he at least would have survived the 2006 season. Beyond that is pretty much baseless speculation. (Depending on how you think he would have done from 07 onward.)

you should sue porter...

There's this Terry Porter who's a former NBA player and is the current men's head bball coach at the University of Portland. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terry_Porter Granted that he's black so he can't be related to the football official Terry Porter.

I don't believe that the football official Terry Porter has enough money to bother to sue for. However Liberty City El can sue the Portland bball coach for damages if he wants. That Terry Porter I'm sure has plenty of money to sue for.

Liberty City El can argue that the Portland bball coach causes him great pain simply by having the same name as the football official.
