True and a good point but usually there are signs u can bring in some too guys like Herman did with Oliver to Houston. To win at big schools and become elite u have to be able to do that part of your job. It's essential to a national championship type team.....and look at Mullen he got wins and people say "win and they'll come"...he won a bit but can't bring in the talent so he's on the way out.
