This will be an extremely insightful video. The young man 18% body fat at 310lbs and considering he dropped 10% body fat, that is amazing he will have a very good year.

Criminal what the last staff did with these kids in weight room and on the training table.
 
Seemed like the previous training table was located at mcd's. Be a cheeseburger ****ers!

One Olineman I am curious to see how he performs is Alex Gall. Coming in, I thought he was going to be a lot better than he turned out to be. I try never to get on these unpaid young men too much, but Gall's play was so atrocious last year, that even I commented negatively more than a few times. But with recent reports of injury and poor nutrition, I hoping that was the cause of his poor play. Hopefully now with all that being fixed, Gall will turn into the beast I expected him to be.

Man I lost all hope for him. He was getting abused nearly every game... Hopefully he turns it around and can possibly come in when we are blowing teams out but not with kaaya in at QB...

Well he is a senior and has one year to try and make some money for himself(even if it is as an undrafted camp body). Hopefully that and an improve situation motivates him.
