Joe Moglia. I've said his name for years.
Only true college football junkies know his story, his accomplishments.
He is who Miami needs as the AD. Within 3 years, everything would be well on its way to being fixed and sustainable, if not already so.
Blake James isn't the leader Miami needs, nor his Mark Richt.
If Moglia were 15 years younger I'd say he should be the Head Coach, but that ship has sailed.
Next best thing would be his taking the Athletic Director role.
My guess is he would seriously consider if the Board of Trustees engaged in a conversation of what it would look like.
