Joe Judge - Giants intro press conference

This is what I'm saying about the Canes needing someone on staff whose responsibility is to keep track of the sharpest up and coming whispered coaches. Results should not play a role. If all you know is results then all you know is conventional wisdom, and you'll never get the jump on anyone.

I don't know if Judge will connect big. But if you continually apply this type of philosophy of hiring sharp young guys regardless of obvious resume then you'll be way ahead of the curve and occasionally hit massive.

I said the same **** and I'm a Giants fan. But but but it gave me some hope cause it sounds genuine. This cat from the north east style of learning we talk that **** and we walk it. So if he learned hopefully this cat walks it.

Shurmur and Macadoo ain't say this or Diaz just saying. Diaz just talked **** and didn't sound like he knew wtf he was doing. He just knew how to push the typical Miami fan buttons.
