Hard Rock was rockin' but not at 2017 ND levels. I think it had to do with the fact that the Domers brought ~15K fans. 10K or so were in the upper deck end zone but they definitely put a dent in the sound level a bit.

With 68k in house, even 15% is only 10k. Don’t think that put a dent in the noise. More likely the S**t officiating helped dampen the crowd. But the fans were intense and loud either way. Whether it was 2017 levels is just splitting hairs. We set a HR attendance record for Canes. And, we got our money’s worth.
