He was dog**** after Rodgers, Jackson and Lynch left. He went like 3-9, 5-7, etc. in his last seasons. Someone convince me he's a take, other than he's a QB guru.

If Tedford is coming with Schiano, that is a solid move. Schiano is low on my list for sure, but we would be better in a lot of areas, most notably defense and Tedford would run a good offense.

All names being mentioned are an upgrade.
