Stop. You think kids were having fun finishing 7-6? There are more than enough examples were these kids have screwed themselves leaving early.
 
All this talk about a bunch of dudes declaring is premature. Sure, some of the portal dudes will take off. They’re either old or mercenaries. But, if some of the other players leave early, they’ll leave a bunch of $ on the table. A player like Cam should bounce, though. That’s based on position.

yeah, I got to stop drinking and typing. Third attempt at this — Blades has a high chance of joining that underclass group going pro, Burns is a threat to transfer.

I’m just saying we are sitting here hoping King and Williams come back. When the more likely outcome is they go pro along with a whole host of seniors and eligible underclassmen. And on the other side, we’ve got guys who are threats to transfer because they’re upset about playing time. I honestly just want to enjoy the season and let Manny figure this mess out. I don’t envy these coaches.

I could see scaife going. Obv a mistake. But my PTSD from Norton and bandy makes me very nervous. That is a ton of production I just listed. Problem is we want mccloud to declare to make room for the younger for athletic guys but I feel he stays and clogs up a spot with his “experience”. Same with carter kind of. We’re in trouble if all the guys I listed declare. I think they all get drafted except for hall and Ford

I am sure Bandy is somewhat regretting his decision BUT I dont blame him for leaving. This program was a trainwreck at the end of last year and half the fans on here in Jan wanted nothing to do with it. Canceling season tickets and all if Alonzo wasnt hired to oversee the program. Looking at how things turned out, I am sure he wishes he had gave it another shot. That said, many on here said that he had maxed out his ability so what was the point of coming back anyway. I disagree but understand the logic.

To the poster that said it is way too early to have this convo, he/she is right. 3 games into the season is too soon. Anything can happen. Lets enjoy the ride while it lasts.
 
If we lose everyone on that list then we are hurting next year. Thank God for the 2021 class to fill the void after a season

I blame Bandy all of the other dudes who are working at enterprise right now. They could be down here helping us get better.

i wouldnt be suprised if pope and ivey declares early
