Didn’t sabag literally get a guy out of prison ?
He got LT Cam Robinson out of prison I believe. Was arrested with a gun and drugs if I’m remembering correctly. Saban said you’ll ruin their lives if they can’t play football. Prosecutor dropped all chargers INSANE

I mean, losing Johnson would be a massive blow. The good guys have felt he is ours. I don't believe Brown is coming here based on how we feel, so to miss both would be bad.

I said a few days ago we were not trending towards a top 5 class. I didn't have us missing on Johnson, if we do, plus no Brown, Keys or Russell, it would be almost impossible for us to crack the top 5 with how our current board is starting to look.

You typically need three 5 stars, 7+ top 100 players, plus five or less 3 stars to end up in the top 5. Unless we flip some big dudes at the end, which is always very difficult in today's landscape, it may end up being an uphill battle.

Think it’s gonna be much tougher to flip guys in a couple weeks after the rev share hits

Exactly. Makes it that much more difficult, and it was already hard.
Just saying, but pretty sure once rev share hits July 1st. Every NIL contract with your school has to be cleared through Deloitte. That’s every contract, not just Football. And once a contract is in place and approved a sort of “buyout” would ensue to flip a recruit. I also, think schools will have to prioritize sports if they want an advantage in that sport financially. A school like ours who is multi sport, Football, Basketball, Baseball will have to make some decisions, or just challenge it and sue. Curious to see how soon it is challenged after the 1st.

Funny, I was told a few days ago that I was wrong when I said that with Teddy Bridgewater as the HC at the West, we were screwed. I was told that Teddy is a Cane, even though he ***** on us back in the day and threw up the upside down U and broke it, as well as giving us the throat slash.

If J.J. and Russell both crap on Mario, I think that we’ll know for sure. The proof is in the pudding.

1000% we will continue not to reach the top if DT recruiting stays like it has been. It would be a waste to get all these other good players and be pedestrian at recruiting DTs. You can forget about beating good teams and dominating regular teams with subpar DT talent. Thats a position you have to stack with elite talent.
Absolute fact. I will wait to judge until time to ink in December, but this is not a position we can continue to just keep sliding by with….

Johnson been at MNW about as long as it took you to write that post. If Teddy is that good to deter a kid from Miami that fast....just shut it down.

If Russell doesnt pick Miami it will not be because of Teddy. That is a fact!!

99.9% of the schools won’t even spend 0.05% of that money on NIL. They just don’t believe in NIL that much to cave into it and use school allocated resources for it. That’s why alot of these SEC boosters are questioning why they have to keep forking over money when there is the rev share money and the coaches are telling them that money isn’t just for the football program it’s for all programs and the university as well.
