FSU......
That being said, more than enough talent to go around, gotta just close.

Man how does FSU do it. They yank his brothers offer/commitment last year and basically told him he wasnt good enough but they still are favorites to land him

They just won a championship, winning solves most of life's problems.

And will lose Williams, cook and green are the only backs he will have to fight for carries.

Still a lot of time for is to work this kid.

Is pender not there anymore?

He's still there.

Pender is a hair away from being expelled from that school.

Long ways to go in this recruitment.

The feel I got in Orlando on Tuesday was Patrick has FSU on top slightly over Miami and Michigan.

As long as we get at least one of Cronkrite, Scarlett or Patrick.

cronkrite and walton (if he is able to reclassify) would be a nice RB haul. in my view we absolutely must have at least 2 RB's. how does cronkrite stack up against patrick and starlett since 247 has him as a safety?

In my opinion it's Scarlett > Cronkrite > Patrick.

Very unlikely that Walton is able to reclassify.

Based on what I saw this year, we will not know who is the better back until we see which one Miami does NOT get. That seemed to be the majority opinion on the board this last cycle. Joe was FSU's first pick and the starter at Central, but we steal him and suddenly it is his backup that is the must get. Another "good guy" coach comes in a gets Sony and the world ends.

All three of these buys are top backs. I like Patrick a little better because I want some size and I think he is the biggest. BUT the other two are outstanding and I take any of them. It would be nice to get two this time, but I can understand them going to different schools. Miami doe not wear the rubber off RBs tires like Bama does, so kids might not be so comfortable with us having a lot of depth. Not as many carries to share as Bama. Our problem this year was we got no top back in 2013. Losing Collins hurt bad, he rolls on to field in Tally after Duke goes down and noles face bigger back after chasing Duke for 3 quarters. Everyone cried about the BTW thing that year but losing Collins was the disaster, not two kids who were never coming here.

What about the visit date? He's visiting there this weekend for at least his 3rd unofficial at FSU.
