Same crew put up with Clappy, Radar, Golden, and Sleepy - for four and five years - and Sleepy left on his own.

Sounds like the Crew is catching on at **** recognition - a whole lot quicker -

I mean, if it looks like a ****, floats like a ****, sinks like a ****, and smells like a ****, it shouldn't take four or five years to flush the thing!

you are missing the point. Blake James is the consistent pattern in the last 3 losers. **** Manny did something the las two refused to which is fire an underperforming coordinator and completely changing a scheme that didn't work. my frustration is much more with the higher ups than the coach at this point.
 
I can ***** up at work and suffer no consequences. I can get away with that because I never ***** up. I'm low maintenance and I produce. That gives me leeway. That's how a 9-3 coach keeps his job and a 6-7 coach is on the hot seat.

Im surprised we all aren't posting stuff saying that Blake James is just misunderstood.

Stockholm syndrome has to be setting in soon. lol
 
It wouldn't be so bad if Miami didn't lose to FIU and LA Tech. Miami has no business losing to those calibur of teams.
