They hype for IU is here....people love nice stories. ****, if it weren't against the Canes, I'd be pulling for IU and Im sure many of you would say the same. There is a lot of emotion and partially false narratives heading into the game...people want to see the new, never "before won" team win it all. They also get over the top hyped up based on what is happening right now....but who has IU actually faced this year? What was their biggest test? I think we all can agree, Bama was not Bama this year...far from it. They showed who they were in the SEC Championship game. Oregon? They already beat them once and for me, I was never sold on Oregon being as good as advertised. This is in now way trying to convince anyone IU isnt solid...clearly they are. However, Miami has had by far the biggest challenges of any team in the country...they are truly battle tested. IU needed late TD's against Iowa and Penn St to win and the game against OSU could have gone either way had it not been for a missed chip shot FG late. A team that we pretty much bullied most of the game. And that is what Miami does...they bully teams, but the narrative we will hear is that we will be bullied...haha...ok. No problem. See you on the 19th.

IU is legit good (obviously). They are on a really good run, have the trenches, qb and receivers to win it all (Captain Obvious again).

UM just has a better team, is on an even more impressive run and has the ability to play any type of game on offense that they need to win the game. The defense is natty level when healthy. The db situation is my only concern but as we saw Thursday, UM can mitigate that with efficient ball control. UM can do what OSU did score wise and then some.

UM just can't have another mental performance like they did against Ol' Miss. They just can't.
