You laugh.. but I have a DM confirming that Bill Belichick skipped out on the medal of freedom ceremony because today he will be announced as our new DC and DL coach. May also be given the Assistant head coach title. But they are worried about overloading him.

And that "another coach will be added to the DB room" rumor... pending a standard university background check Nick Saban will be announced as CO-DC and CB's coach.

My guys tells me they might quietly slide Belichick onto the staff as co-DC and let him call the D so as to not embarrass or offend Bakker who will remain DC in title only.

Also heard that Manny is moving his office to the receptionist's desk outside of his office and Baker is taking Manny's office. Manny's little way of saying he is sorry and it allows Manny to run interference on Bill or Nick coming to yell at Blakey

Still doesn't solve the Baker/DC issue. Bringing wilson and TRob to work under Baker doesn't make sense. So I believe/hope if Chris Wilson comes as a DL coach, that there will still be more changes.

Based on the article Summers was calling the plays. Unsure what relevance this has unless Colorado fires Summers to keep wilson and promote him to DC.
