It’s Monday... someone needs to lose their job

Oh my god what a **** poor game. Who cares about the dancing etc. Dan Enos job is to put the players in the best position to succeed, he’s not very good at that. Blake Baker whether it’s his defense or not has the title “defensive coordinator” got gashed by Miami’s scout team.

Manny loves this job. It’s his dream. I promise you he will not let Enos or Baker cost him his job. Firing probably won’t happen today, or anytime before Duke but he will do something. He’s not stupid and obviously wants to win so badly. Blake James as incompetent as he is better have had a meeting with Manny Sunday and discussed the staff. Losing to FIU is astronomically bad.

No one gets fired the Monday before the last game of the regular season.

Agree that Manny isn't going to let these assistants cost him his job.

At minimum, Enos has proven he's a bad, overpaid fit at Miami and has to go—and he can take his old CMU buddy Barry with him. Whatever Manny was looking for on the offensive side of the ball; Enos ain't it—and with the clock ticking rapidly, best to punt on him now and start over in 2020, instead of wasting a year and doing this in 2021.

As for Baker, Diaz might hold off a year and spend the off-season trying to coach him up—as canning both coordinators after season one might be a bit much. Who knows, though. We're about to see how cut-throat Diaz can be—but something has to give as 6-5 shouldn't have been the case this year. Miami should be 9-2 right now—or at WORST, 8-3 with this schedule and talent.

Folks I don't understand Enos: his offenses we're explosive when he was at Arkansas: they put up good numbers in the S.E. **** I remember he put like 40 on just about anyone in the SE. The skill talent level wasn't even close to what he has here, but the QB's I think were more experience, and the offensive line wasn't great, but more consistent than what we have here. Baker / Diaz defense my opinion it is all flash but no substance and discipline, I like the aggressiveness of the 4-3 but it looks undisciplined at times. Missed the defenses of Sonny, and Tommy Tuberville

I don’t understand why Jarren, other than Louisville and that school up north, is always throwing into tight space and seems to be in a hurry to release as soon as he goes to 2nd and 3rd reads. I don’t see JT or KJ getting the ball in the flat in open space. Watching the Oregon’s LSU and Oklahoma’s their WRs always have at least 5yard cushions for YAC. Even Alabama gets Jeudy Ruggs wide open within first 10 yards with space.
Just don’t get it b

No one will be fired IMO...not one person.
Manny would have to go full Coker to have that happen and he won't.
That said - we MAYBE will have a resignation or two...

And for those of u saying it’s stupid to let manny pick coordinators again... you do realize a year of experience is a lot? Manny learning what works and what he needs. But for him to gain the experience of working with a guy and then firing the guy that didn’t do their job is invaluable. Let the man work, if this time next year we back at square one then you have enough tangibles to make your claims. 4 days ago everyone was back on the manny train bc of his recruiting and 3 game win streak. Blake James needs to stay on his *** tho if he wants to gain the slightest amount of respect b
Mans been a coach for decades. He shouldn’t have to learn certain things. He should have the job he currently holds.
