Ill never know, but it has to be traumatic and tuff getting up everyday knowing at one point in a person's Life they were actually a gaytor I'm sure that would have most waking up in a cold sweat! Hopefully soon the gaytor purge will be complete and out of his system!
 
I sometimes wonder about the role of CIS (and other forums) in the human emotion side... many here (myself included perhaps) have said things like "John Doe hugely sucks at QB" "played like a dumbAzz" or other demeaning stuff. Maybe these guys never read CIS, but then again, maybe they do. This thread makes me think being a bit sensitive to the fact many of the guys are still just big kids, might be a good idea. Although I'm not exactly sure it can be avoided without destroying the purpose of fan chatter sites. And thanks again to DSDDCANE.

You are reaching here. And doubling down on this narrative like you have a hidden agenda.

No one here is passing judgement. Not a single poster has said anything about a diagnosis.

They literally referenced passed experiences and sighted that this is irregular behavior and expressed hope that someone close to him has reached to understand what is motivating him to retweet this type of content.

The personal attaacks on players that occurs here is disgraceful at times.

Thanks for calling out @Dude . At least one moron was giving him **** for caring like it was a ridiculous thing to question whether this kid was okay. Obviously, it did end up helping.

People here praise kids like theyā€™re gods for 3 years until they sign. It goes both ways. This website isnā€™t causing any issues.

I was pretty clear in what I said. It contributes to it all. The 50+ page threads, thousands of followers on social media... it all contributes to the problem.

A lot of these kids have friends and family on here, and I gotta think a lot of the kids are here too.

Nuked or locked I agree. The positive purpose of the post has been served. Walker, whether or not it was a cry for help, is seemingly getting help. It can only go downhill from here in typical CIS fashion.

If not done voluntarily, OCCC I am sure you and I could get into a heated governmental argument with notes of racism, COVID discussions, personal attacks, with sprinkles about how poor Rumphs recruiting has been, and whether or not we should hire Butch Davis. That always seems to get threads locked. Just let me know what side of the argument you want to be on and Ill go opposite.

Unfortunately some people are simply basura for human beings. Can't let that affect how we relate to the world. Personally I'm extremely thankful some people atleast genuinely care.
