False. The rpo isnt for the qb to run. Rpo is a run option for the rb not qb. That game you posted is just pure play action no rpo. Read option and rpo aren't the same thing.

Dude coley wasn't using rpo. Coley was a heavy play action guy. Go to the 53 second mark. Morris was hurt on a play action pass.
