Is this a complete rebuild?

Not at all a complete rebuild but he has some tough decisions to make
- Starting with his son, bye bye n hire a competent OC/QB coach
- Start Jarren Williams next year n stick with it no matter what. I don't care what other players think. True freshman come in at various schools n just start - this year Clemson, USC n Texas A&M come to mind. I'm sure much more if researched.
- Must hold on to Diaz no matter what.
- Hire competent special teams coach
- Richt needs to become a CEO type of HC
- Competent o line coach hire

Rich needs to make some changes. If he doesn't that means he doesn't give a *** and needs too be fired immediately... and no its not a complete rebuild. Miami has talent. Just a dumb as dude running the show. Dude is way to soft for this program
Exactly. He needs to be forced to make changes. Changes that are basically made for him. He needs to hire an OC, but he needs to be given a very short list to choose from. NONE of which need to come from his coaching tree. He needs to be forced to remove OC titles from Dugans and Brown. Let them get paid for the job they are doing, not one they have little to no business messing with.

Basically, Richt needs to be a figurehead and nothing more. Let him do what every other HC does. BE a HC, not try to be a HC and OC. It simply isn't working, and more than likely never will. Same goes for every other coach with dual titles for more money. No more!

A month ago UM was 5-1, coming off a 28-27 win against FSU (revealing as FSU is getting blown out week weekly.) Since UM has lost to UVA, BC, and Duke in FOOTBALL. Mind you this is year three under Richt. I was never a fan of the Richt hire but felt anything is an upgrade from Golden. Unfortunately, this is not the right situation for Richt and no amount of time will change that.
The only reason why it would be a rebuild is because of Richt, LilJon and Searles and their coaching and recruiting

1. I think Kendal Briles could get us scoring 35 a game with Perry Williams or Weldon
2. I think our OL is underperforming based on style and our offensive gameplan. I firmly believe we have enough talent now and into the future to be an above average OL. We likely wouldn’t matchup against a top 10 DL, but should control the LOS against the Dukes and UVAs of the world

Every game that goes by our offense, removed from the prior regime, gets worse although I’d argue top to bottom the talent level has improved. It’s coaching, pure and simple
