Is Richt actually overseeing QB development?

I'm shocked at the regression in the QB room since Richt has got his recruits in. Have not seen this level of ineptitude since ole Clappy or Shannon days.

So is Richt actually involved or not? If not why not? Is he actually scouting the QB position or not? Seems to me the level at which we are operating in our quality control of all levels of the most important position on the field is horrid at best. Really probably fireable if it wasnt for one inept AD making an even more inept decision ala an extension.

Richt Jr. had at least one whole year as a quality control assistant. I don't see how on earth he needs anything else to be qualified to coach QB's. Really Jr. should probably be HC by now.

I don't see how CMR can put this pile of s*** on anyone beside him and JR. He doesnt have a hand on defense, by the way our special teams plays he is not spending any attention there either, so or he takes some serious naps 3x a day or he's the one reponsible for this clown show

Pretty obvious Richt is the QB coach. He is literally coaching his son on the job and his son does what Richt says. Everyone hates Jon including myself but it's not really his fault. If you were Jon you wouldnt say no to a $300-400K job (i'm guessin here), great resume builder, and gig with perfect job security. It's all on Richt

Yeah - as you can tell - he's been giving it his full attention!


Butch Davis would have a QB Heisman nominee this year for UM . .. . except for our AD, Admin, and BOT.

I never seen anyone very talented in something go out on top! Tom Brady's talent is eroding, John Elway, Danny boy, LBJ's time is coming when he has to realize you can't do it forever! Now PRicht never was extremely talented as a QB nor a coach, but he seems to think he's still in the game! It's time for him to give up position coaching or just quit the game completely! Father time has caught up to him as he is still stuck in the 90's. Why he won't sit back on easy street and give the coaching reins to the young and ambitious is beyond me!
