Recently I have noticed that whenever I open a new thread, I am taken to the very last post. If there are many pages I have to jump back to page 1 to read the thread. While a minor irritant, it is one just the same. It seemed that when I entered a thread that I had read before, I was taken to my last view, which is useful for things like Nole tears. This is a good feature.

The only thing I can think of could be that when you click on the Most Recent post listed on the far right of the thread, it will take you to that post and skip the other unread ones. Whereas if you click on the thread title it should only take you to the oldest unread post, like youve mentioned.
