There's a tweet on the Hurricane website that shows the view from Richts' office.

That's a Pre-Engineered steel frame structure.
Relatively inexpensive and goes up quick.
The interior framing and finish will go a bit slower but they have 6 months to get it done.

this, these go up fast. normally the permitting/inspections takes just as long...

Originally it was head coach office and 9 assistant coaches offices, I guess they will have to modify that a bit to fit the 10th coach in.
