Our great teams were toughened up by practicing in the heat. This spring was indoors except the scrimmages since the fields got new sod. Will we lose our advantage in conditioning with IPF or will the new equipment facilitate better conditioning? I like the influence having the IPF has on visitors and for recruiting but will we lose that home field hot day advantage? I guess I should consider our bad teams did not have the IPF and still sucked so my opinion is the IPF is a great asset, but I still think getting used to the heat is a great advantage that the northern schools cannot replicate I hope we see more outdoor practices this Fall

Much ado about nothing. This has already been addressed: team will practice in the heat and use the IPF when needed. Program isn't going to willingly do away with the heat advantage Miami teams has on opponents.
