Interviewing Gus Felder and Kyle Bellamy today

Are there any players that may come out of the blue, to the casual fan, due to increases at the training table and weight room?

Ask what school of training Felder subscribes to.... ?

Does his program fall more in line with the Hatch school of weight lifting (the one Moffitt used) or does his program utilize more HIT (high intensity training) concepts (concepts he was exposed to as a Penn State player)? A combination? Something different?

Great stuff from them both.

I'm going to post the audio of both interviews shortly and then I'll have a notebook later tonight with their key points.

What players are really setting a great example with off season work ethic? Who is someone the fans may not know that is a consistent hard worker?
The lineman seem to look more fit.. are they given body fat % targets?

Do they measure things such as verticals? Wingspans? Do they work on explosive running techniques?

I was lucky enough to photograph the interview. Here's a little taste:

what is the biggest difference seen to date from old to new regime?

How would they know? They weren't part of the old regime.

If upon arrival they tested them to set a baseline, they could use that data to make a comparison. Ofcourse if a kid squatted 400lbs prior to their arrival, but now can squat 500lbs after the training table/weight room, the new guys might still take the high road.

Hope to hear CHAD THOMAS has made the biggest stride this off season in the weight program.

*Not holding my breath

Your question was quite unclear. You asked about difference from the old regime, not the numbers. You should have asked about increase or decrease in strength numbers.

1.)Since taking over in December iirc, how have the strength gains been in that 7 month time span?
2.)Is there anything more Miami needs to do to get on par with other highly regarded weight programs?
3.)Strongest player on the team, fastest player on the team?
4.)Any freshman impressing early enrollees, or summer guys?
.
How out of shape and sloppy was the boys prior to talking over ?
