Felder (strength and conditioning coach) and Bellamy (football nutritionist) have media availability today at 1.

Anything in particular you guys want to know?

1.)Since taking over in December iirc, how have the strength gains been in that 7 month time span?
2.)Is there anything more Miami needs to do to get on par with other highly regarded weight programs?
3.)Strongest player on the team, fastest player on the team?
4.)Any freshman impressing early enrollees, or summer guys?

What jump do you expect to see from them by seasons end?

How does your style of coaching/teaching help correlate and transition on the field?

Favorite exercise or drill?

What are the dietary amd weight goals for each position group?

Do you have certain strength goals for the different position groups?

What's the baseline they both use when evaluating an individual player & how they determine each player's specific program they put them on?

I would ask them if designing Dianabol cycles for each player is under the S&C or Nutritionist domain or if it's a joint effort.

Speed. Speed. Speed.

How do they plan to improve it? What are they doing that is new in this matter? What is their background in developing speed and quick twitch response?

Ask Bellamy does he double as a dietician? If so, does he create a separate meal plan for all position groups? Quantity or different diet?

Seriously, I would ask how much they emphasize compound exercises, including dead-lifts, squats, snatches, etc in comparison to other programs.

Does he have everything he needs to turn these guys into physically dominating athletes?

Does Felder believe in "overspeed training," and, if so, what techniques does he use for "overspeed training"?

whether or not they have looked into genetic sequencing/testing to learn more about each individual athlete.

both for optimizing nutrition & workouts, more and more science is coming out that individual genetics can determine how someone will respond to different types of exercises and diets. I AM NOT referring to specific genetic tendencies towards elite athleticism. I AM referring to the fact that people's bodies metabolize food differently & respond better to certain types of training programs.

im not sure its to the point yet of being extremely useful, but it will be soon as the tech becomes more affordable and the science becomes more clear.

ask Felder..

1) after you assessed the state of Miami's program when you first arrived...what did UGA do better?

2) what specifically have you changed since you arrived?

3) with #1 and #2 in mind, what arenthe expected results for the 2016 campaign? results for the next 3-5 years?
