This doesn't surprise me one bit. Nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to travel basketball anymore. 16 year old kids playing in 13 and 14 year old divisions, kids switching teams 4,5,6 times in a summer, drug dealers funding teams, kids being paid by teams, etc. it's a mess and a huge reason for the arrogance, immaturity and the a major reason why we see so many of these kids getting into trouble down the road.
