I actually had him in my top 5 when I heard the news about Richt....all 5(Cristibol, Kiffen, Leach, Babers and of course Manny) had pluses and minuses...there is one thing Manny has that is EXTREMELY important...he has these kids motivated to a point they would run through a wall for him...some may say that AG was like that in the beginning but if you look at the two you can feel its way more real with Manny. It now appears that he is no nonsense and has a definite plan....I also did say yesterday that the OC hire turns this hire from a triple to a HR....look, when it was announced that Manny was leaving for Temple my initial reaction was next season is going to be brutal...now that hes here and if he can pull off a Fedora hire I may just wait outside of the Camping World Stadium as soon as its announced waiting for that game. F it fellow Canes fans...this could turn out way better than we thought but i understand the reservations.

I think most would agree that Manny should have been interviewed for the job. It just would have been nice to spend more than a few hours on such an impactful decision. I dunno, maybe interview a few candidates?

Firing everybody sent a message he’s strictly about winning and that’s it. Rixht was never about winning, it was a huge problem.
