What don't you get??? What don't you understand? They took their time with the OC hire because it is clearly the most important hire and our biggest problem this year. I'm sure they had other coaches interested as well and were doing their due dilligence waiting to see what the OC's can come up with in regards to an offensive staff. They may still be waiting on some late interests. We hire a Head Coach within 48 hours and people get mad cause it was so quick. We take a week to hire an OC and it's "taking forever". I don't get this fan base.
