Illegal man downfield

I notice a lot of ol running downfield , especially on rpo’s. So I started paying attention, there’s literally ol 5-6 yards downfield on at least a quarter of the plays. And it’s never called.

Do refs just look past that on top of holding by the ol? I know the ncaa told refs to calm down holds a few years ago , unless it’s egregious but ****.

It’s not illegal for an ineligible receiver to be beyond the LOS. It’s illegal for an ineligible receiver to be downfield while not blocking anyone.
