Drive "grass roots" viewership. Miami is in a poor position to negotiate deals (ACC & Conference realignment) because of TV audience. Period.

Personally, I will use my influence to drive viewership by getting family and friends to watch the game (turn it on).

We have an amazing group of secondary media (you tube, sites etc) that could be tapped to drive viewership.

Goal is 1MM new viewers per game. That’s how we save Miami football…

(EDIT) added "grass roots" and RESPOND if in and how many additional viewers (I'm in for 10 additional viewers)

In the realignment mega thread people joked about Hurricane games being broadcasted on Univision/Telemundo because of the sh**ty leadership of the ACC commissioner. On the real though, if Miami was able to somehow strike a deal (in addition to its major one) to have its games broadcasted on the Spanish language networks that would lead to a HUGE increase in tv viewership, especially in cities with large Hispanic populations.
 
Thats the type of "thought leadership" we need to save Miami... Thanks....
 
This post reminds of the videos of Richt at HRS begging for people to donate money for the IPF and demand their cable providers show the ACC Network.
