I say a QB coach (nepotism sucks) Jon Richt - Wikipedia

An Offensive Coach Too much for Mark to handle and a waste of tremendous talent that is on the field.

A normal, decent, accurate QB (Its is a coaches decision who plays so blaming Rosier as QB is sad, because he is trying so hard but sometimes effort isn;t enough. I love the kid but he is not a Miami or college quality QB)

- Testing Underclassman QBs & OL.
- New punter.
- Less substitutions on defense.

Long Term:
- New OC and/or termination of Jon Richt
- Hire a Special Teams Coach
- New OL coach

And I'm not even getting to the Defense which has some problems as well, but right now I think these are the main priorities.
