Clemson wasn’t allowed to put their offense on the field - they could only send out special teams or defense.

I.e. they could either punt or kick a field goal on first down every time, no other options, although fake punts or field goals allowed.

Who would win?

All they’d need us just one good return and the resulting field goal. Tbeir offense wouldn’t have to see the field.

ahahahahahaha. Hilarious premise, but yeah they would still win if they just put out their D line vs us.

Don't do this to yourself. You deserve better.

LOL @ their special teams vs ours

I'd like to see jimmy murphy take over special teams and have patke go watch sesame street somewhere in Antarctica

Honestly the best strategy with our offense is to just punt immediately. Their punter is bound to make mistakes. Baxa I'm sure would make 9-19 attempts we give him from this. As long as our WRs tackle we can fit in a bomb here or there. So to answer the question, Miami, for sure.

To answer what you're really asking but if we didn't take a special strategy to conform to the new game format, Clemson. I think it would be a blowout.

You guys are going to stop doubting us!

When we make it to the ACCCG this year we are going to score points. It’s what we are good at!

Scoring 20 points per game is our ceiling. We will put up 20 against the vaunted Clemson.

Lawrence throws two picks that we finally return for 6 points each and we pulling out the upset in route to the playoffs.

Lot of ball left

Not sure how we get much of any yards against Clemson. We'll have 10 sacks and this time JW will have only been responsible for 2 of them. Whenever anyone wants to stop us they line up and play kids ball overloading the left side of the OL (really either side).

I remember last year against FIU their QB called a time out because we were showing man w/ an all out blitz. It was clear we were going to dominate them (like we were doing from the first play). Their offense looked scared and it was clear they were going to get bullied. That's how I feel watching our offense against UF, at times against CMU, and at times against UNC. This team just isn't very good.
