I have no sources but a common theme from many insiders is there is a deadlock between the new faces and the old guard on the BOT on whether to hire Tom Jurich. Canes fans are known for making their voices heard so where are those voices? Who is organizing a banner? Who is organizing Twitter and Facebook activity. Who is going to break the stalemate?

There’s clearly only one man (or stuffed bear) for the job…

The old guard has been doing sterling work. Holy Christ.

Can we get a few of the spare Mas brothers appointed to the BOT stat?

And is it possible to coordinate the delivery of 100 pizzas to each of the 100 Trustees' homes? Anchovy and garlic, of course.

Any idea who the holdouts even want?

Is there a clause in the UM charter that says a board member can be replaced if declared legally incompetent? Any BOT member that is advocating for Pedro Griffin over Tom Jurich should be placed in the care of the state.
