I honestly think the admin would have kept him at 6-6. Missing a bowl game would have been the only thing that would have gotten him fired.

It would have at least been as toxic around the program as it was during Golden's last season. That would have been about the best we could have hoped for.

Not only did he recognize that his time was up after the Wisconsin fiasco, BUT, he left his guaranteed money on the table for the good of the program.

He may have forced his son to penetrate you instead of the guy that normally does.

Had he returned as a COACH he would've been safe. Unfortunately, he is and always will be a CORCH .
