$30,000,000 Gets it Done for This Staff. Forget that most of them are UM Guys. All of them are proven commodities in the NFL or NCAA, with the exception of the two greatest defensive players of all time (Reed and Lewis). Within five years we will have five national championships, and all below will have head coaching jobs.

1. AD - Butch Davis

2. Director of Football Operations - Alonzo Highsmith

3. Director Recruiting - Winston Moss (With Butch and Highsmith obviously participating)

4. Assistant Director of Recruiting and Director of Personnel - Dan Morgan

5. Head Coach - Chuck Pagano or Ed Orgeron

6. Co-Offensive Coordinators - Rob Chudzinski and Mark Trestman

7. QB Coach - Ken Dorsey

8. Tight Ends Coach - Al Roberts

9. RB's Coach - Duc Staley (Philadelphia Eagles)

10. WR's Coach - Curtis Johnson

11. OL Coach - Mike Sullivan mentoring Joaquin Gonzalez, Bryant Mckinnie and Brett Romberg

12. Co-Defensive Coordinators - Greg Schiano and Randy Shannon

13. DL Coaches - Kevin Patrick and Greg Mark

14. LB Coach - Michael Barrow mentoring Ray Lewis

15. Cornerback Coach - Mike Rumph

16. Safety Coach - Ed Reed (Mentored by Pagano)

17. Strength Coach - Darren Krein; or get either Tommy Moffit (LSU); or Mickey Marotti (OSU); or Scott Cochran (Alabama)

I love these fantasy hires; as if multimillionaire ex-NFL players who are soaking up retirement (Reed, McKinnie, etc.) want to come back and work 70+ hour work weeks for a couple hundred grand per year, spending Friday nights sitting in high school stadiums trying to recruit kids who weren't even born for that 2001 run—stringing Miami along before going to Tuscaloosa or Athens.

That, and why in the f**k would Ed Orgeron ever leave what he has at LSU for Miami. Holy ****, what are you drinking with that kind of chatter.

Yeah, Greg Schiano and Randy Shannon would come back as co-defensive coordinators when both were NCAA head coaches.

Tommy Moffitt—almost two decades at LSU—gonna come back to Miami and a job he had a lifetime ago, leaving one of the most-premier S&H gigs in the country.

Zero logic here. With all of it.

OP must be a troll. This can't even possibly be serious. Someone spent time to do this.

Theres literally like 15 coaches on that list and you can only have 11. This might just be the worst post I have ever seen just because he is serious.
