Our fans have no excuses to not show up and have the majority of seats but I think it will be 50/50 as FSU has a lot of alumni and bandwagon fans who will pay to go to the game. It will be sick to see us with a split crowd at home but not a surprise.

I hope you don't disappoint real easy.

an in state rivalry is always a home game for both teams. and border state games also.

there are florida and florida state fans in every corner of the state. and were a 15000 undergrad PRIVATE school who hasn't been winning .....

It won't be and its never been like that. It'll be around 70-30

70/30 will definitely be a good surprise. I've been going to Canes games for 51 hears so to tell me it's never been like that I'm here to tell you it has.

Stop it. FSU has never had close to 50% of the fans, even when we've been "down." FSU has even returned part of their allotment before. Yes, they've had fans buy tickets and get tickets other ways, but they're not Nebraska or Texas when it comes to filling up an opponents stadium. They won't have more than 30% of the fans (at most), and it gets so annoying and so old that year after year, Miami fans post this crap. It's never been true, and it'll never be true.

Call it crap but this year they had more fans in Dallas than Okla St who is right next door. They are like any Bandwagon fan base and with the roll they are on they will be better represented than they should be. We also have a history of selling our tickets to opposing fans to make the quick buck, case in point the Fiesta Bowl when OSU fans ended up with half our allotment from our fans selling them for the quick buck. I was there to witness that. I will be happy with 70/30. We wanted a white out for UF last year but there was way too much blue in the stands.

So? They wouldn't have had more fans than OSU in Stillwater. They're playing us in our home stadium, not in West Palm Beach. It means absolutely nothing. Also, OSU is not Oklahoma. Their stadium seats 60,000, not 90,000 and they're averaging 54,000 per game, not 84,000. You really expected them to bring 40,000 fans 4 hours away when they don't get much more at home? Also, last year UF was lucky to have 30% of the crowd, and I'm being generous to give them that. I was shocked at how few Florida fans there were last year, so if you think Florida had a lot more fans, I'm not going to continue this with you, because you're way off base.

People say this every time we play FSU at home.

It's never even close. UM always noticeably has more fans.

You would know this if you went to the games of course.......
