There's a switch.

The toilets all have a full rolls of paper. When a couple have a sitter - a sitter in the s*itter - it signals toilets were just sat on.

The Stinker - [a nickname for the monitor] - pushes the switch - the toilet paper in all the stalls, rotate and disappears like James Bond's DB 5 license plate.

There is a microphone that records the shock, desperation, and potty mouth curses - to playback again and again for laughs.
