I Don’t Usually Create Threads, but.......

I love how their are a few so call fans on this site calling for Manny to toss Tate of the team because of how he reacted to this situation by missing practice when if we really used that standard both Kosi and JW15 would have been thrown of the team last year for similar or worse infractions. I just hope that these people spitting all this venom at a Cane (or their children) never get judged by their own so called standards at their job or by a superior....
 
This is the society we live in thanks to reality tv and social media. Who cares what actually happened, lets focus on the reaction and the drama around that.

I come here to get away from that. I hope this thread leads to a return to sanity. The gossip and drama was getting unbearable.

I was a long time CIS lurker due to time constraints and became a poster just a year and half or so ago. Living so far away from the 305, I appreciate this forum more than any other. I don't do twitter or IG so to be able to interact with Canes in a forum like this is invaluable for me.

It didn't take long for me to discern who the true Canes are on CIS. For the most part, I scroll past the mopes and mostly read posts from those that make valuable comments and provide great insight.

It's troubling to see so many negative, derogatory, or downright hateful comments about some of our players. Unfortunately, it's the nature of the beast these days. Us true Canes need to be ever present to insure that the true spirit of our Canes remains intact.
 
First of all kudos to the OP.
Secondly, I had mentioned this on another thread, no matter who was tabbed the starting QB people on here were going to start a ***** fest. Too many reasons to list on this medium, and honestly compiling that list would be exhausting.
I really cant understand why some can't figure out that the staff has infinitely more at stake in deciding who should start, and so it is in their best interest to determine after careful analysis who deserves the job.
But then again too many on this and other boards feel the need for constant attention.

I don’t know where this Tom ****ery is coming from, but all this going on Social Media to bash players is on some straight pu$$y tip. Bytches do that chit, not men. Grow the fck up & stop acting like SEC fans. Furthermore, we haven’t accomplished chit in 15 yrs to run our mouths on anything.

Sorry for the language, mods...but this chit is annoying af. It’s only a handful of these mofos, but like the old saying goes, one bad apple spoils the bunch. Our rep as a fan base keep taking hits b/c of dumb chit like this. Save that energy for our enemies, not the squad.

I'm glad someone stood up and said what you said. It is the truly miserable that would go out of their way to talk **** to someone about giving it their all and coming up a little short. I'm willing to bet most of these people going in on him through social media never had anything resembling what Tate has for a future and they're mad about it. Like you i only have this CIS thing as my only social media and this place gets to much when things are bad.

Humans are mostly miserable creatures and they can't stand other people having happiness. Social media is truly destroying the fabric of society and creating generations of lazy and useless people who have no real skills in life.

I love it.

I will say that I believe 99% of this comes from how polarizing the kid is as a person. And I know that sounds ridiculous, because very few of us actually know him, but it's more the side of him people have seen. How he came off on QB1, how he comes off in interviews, how he comes off on social media. IMO, if the kid was quiet and wasn't on that show, he wouldn't get the vast majority of attention.

HOWEVER...THAT BEING SAID.....you're so **** right with all this. Not only bytches, but like little kids. Aren't most of y'all adults? What's the average age around here? Honestly, reading these Tate threads, I'd say it's about 17. It's insane. 99.9% of the threads yesterday should've been about Jarren, and instead they're basically all about Tate. What does that say about you as a person if you can't keep this kid's name out of your mouth? Great post @Rellyrell, you couldn't be more correct. We have a GIGANTIC game against our most hated rival in 11 days, one of the biggest opportunities a first time head coach could literally possibly have, and 11 days out some of y'all are talking non-stop about a 21 year old you've never met. Pretty sad. It's almost gametime, leave that soap opera chit at the door.

Tom F&ckery has just been entered into my lexicon for good. Will use this term with reckless abandon and ibid you as a reference. And, I agree with your post. Well said.

Is it illegal to drop colorful language on this site? Do you get the fluffy duster if you in fact use foul language? I ask because the F bomb is probably my favorite word.
