Our sports programs couldn’t be worse across the board in all the major sports. As the athletic director you are watching your football program burn to the ground and all you’re doing is sitting on your thumb. What the **** are you getting paid for? How you haven’t at the very least forced changes on the offensive side of the ball after watching the offense get worse each of the 3 years this head coach has been here is mind boggling. Honestly after the BC game he should’ve been on the hot seat and enduring the 3rd 4 game losing streak in 4 years he should’ve been fired. No question! The only reason to keep him around was to save recruiting and now look where we are at. We’re a laughing stock. Blake James needs to be fired yesterday for failure to fulfill his duties.

Sooner or later, failed coach after failed coach, we have to look past the person sitting in the captains chair and start looking at the school admin or exec's. If we wanted a winner, we'd have it! These are successful people who understand what it takes to get to the top. They'd rather have fake nice guys who are great on the fundraising circuit than actual coaches who win. Every year there are the handful of hot names that are available. We hire safe puppets who market the university very well. They hope the coach hired wins as well but it appears having the right face in the program matters more. Theres no way anyone who watched last year should expect anything different next year. A school which makes winning a priority would worry about that. We sit and wait for our program to sink further. It's frustrating but we've been through this with enough coaches for me to think it will really change. 9-3 and a acccg lose might be our new 'NC' until there is a huge overhaul
 
The biggest reason for the down spiral of this program is gone and that was Shalala. The cloud over this program is gone. We need a ******* bold guy who will rub people the wrong way and create headlines good or bad to keep our name in the media. We are an after thought. Winning is not at the forefront of our coaches agenda and that is very wrong. We have the most resources that we’ve ever had and everything has come crashing down. Man this sucks.
