It is NOT the hire , it's those making the decisions on the hires. Enough. ! Blake James is an idiot !!! I don't blame Manny He was headed where he should have gone to get some first year HC experience but this idiot Blake James didn't brain cells to do a competent search !!

Thats why i was never on board with the hire. 1 MD cant recruit and his evals have always beeen horrible. 2 they lied about the coaching search
