How much would it cost to endow a complete box set of The U for every pop warner / freshman football player in the US annually? How about even just the top 500 or so rising junior/senior HS prospects? Could you do something like this while staying with in NCAA guidelines?

i would think so... I would think its no different than sending out the current letters entailing all of the tradition of the university.
