So I'm wondering with Miami sitting at 17 commits at the moment, how many total signees can we reasonably get? Anyone have any numbers on this? I know we have had a couple of players leave early (Hamilton, Moore, O'Donnell) so that should open up some extra schollies. Curious to know how much space Richt has to improve the class.

We're at 17, with Jackson and Henderson likely out and Hamilton and Wiggins saying they haven't heard from Richt.

I hate that about Jackson, those in the know have raved about his skills. I wonder also if we are still in the 3 year period for scholarship reduction, although Golden did keep the numbers low anyway. That may be beneficial for us this year. I don't know I would kind of like to see Richt wait and get a full year of evaluating the area prospects before he signs a huge class. Get the studs and fill positions of need (CB) this year.

Good article here:
Miami Hurricanes Recruiting Radar - Class Breakdown 12/15 - State of The U

To sum up, no more restrictions so the normal limit of 25 applies. We expect 5 EEs(who would count against 2015), which allows Richt to sign 25 MORE kids for a total of 30. It seems unlikely he would go to 30 unless a ton of 5* start throwing themselves at us.
