How many penalties get called on Notre Dame

Refs called PI a couple times last week that they NEVER called early in the season against FSU or Duke. The ACC loses $3mil if a team doesn't make the playoffs. If it's ACC refs that's awesome for UM. Still, leaving it up to the refs against ND is a bad, bad, bad idea. I'm just hoping for an even playing field with no Ohio State BS.

We're averaging 6.25 penalties a game for 63.63 yards

Notre Dame is averaging 6.00 a game for 50.33 yards.

So looking like 6 a piece is your baseline.

Good chance for a lot of flags in this game, NDs pass rush is nonexistent so a good chance for a lot of penalties in their secondary.
 
If the over/under for holding calls against ND is 1, I'm taking the under. For whatever reason refs simply allow other teams to hold our D-linemen and I don't see that changing this game.
