How is it no one is fired?

They will be. After the season.

1-2 asst. corches will get their pink slips.

Jake Blames isn't the type of AD/Man to force changes when they are needed. He prefers to wait until the whole house is on fire before calling 911
Yeah - he's literally the guy that paints the barn door when the place is engulfed in flames.

Exactly why James should be the first to be forced out

If James fires Richt after giving him an extension then people are going to ask for James' head. Blake James best option for himself is to hope Richt wins.

Exactly. Top priority should be winning football games, but it isn't. James will ride this out praying for redemption.

How is it that we have 2 head coaches back-to-back that simply sit idly by and allow mediocre performance around them?

As another poster put it, we have a "Culture of Complacency". It makes me want to puke. Watching Canes football is like being on a treadmill to me.

Searles needs to go split his **** on a chainsaw, Jon needs to be pushed into an oncoming train, Hartley at least gets to live but can only recruit and coach TE’s. Pratke needs to be abolished to the Sahara desert, and Pastor Richt needs to be forced to fvck puss-filled AIDS vags until Satan himself put him out of his misery.

No one is getting fired mid-season. Also, Blake James cannot fire Richt. James gave Richt an extension in the offseason and do you really think you is going to go tell the board that he now changes his mind. Richt will be at Miami for at least 5 years and probably 6.
THanks for the cheering up, geez.

Because since 2006 we are the Dolphins of college football.

I would be surprised if one or more coaches aren't let go at Miami shortly after the Pitt game. No sauces.

PJ Fleck, U of Minnesota’s 2nd year HC, just fired his Defensive Coordinator for consistent poor performance this season. That’s accountability.

Minnesota’s football program is more dedicated to winning then Miami is.

Let that sink in.

I'm glad somebody mentioned PJ Fleck that guy is an absolute Savage of a coach. He is balls to the wall, won't take any crap from anyone but is 150% behind his players. He isn't at a big-time major program but still doesn't accept crap from his coaches and made it known immediately.

Brown is expendable. Any great OL coach will mask any RB coach deficiencies.

Searels needs to fckn go. Per CFB stats, we've gradually declined in sacks allowed/game vs P5 teams, ranked a lowly 100 of all CFB teams this year in that department. Fckn Horrible.
