Urban comes in when they were down and under probation but yet he is able to build a great squad. Crazy part is they will be better next year.

Apparently Urban didn't get the memo that you are only allowed one good QB.

Are you guys serious? It's his system. Tebow almost won back to back Heismans and how is his football playing career going. Urban can put almost anyone in to his system and make them a Heisman candidate. That's why Gibson is going there. He doesn't have 3 good QBs....

I'm still scratching my head over their loss to VT.

This "playoff" showed me one thing very, very clearly. We need to go to an 8 team format. If OSU could win it, so could Baylor, TCU, Michigan State, any of them. I don't think Oregon or FSU were any more deserving than TCU or Baylor. ****, same with Bama. None of the top 4 teams were all that much better, if at all, than the next 4. As much as I hate OSU, this should open some eyes.

1 Winning program last 10 years
2 Administration making winning top priority(Money allotment no object, PR, Hiring)
3 Cutthroat future HOF coach who recruiting them who isn't afraid to be dirty or cut ties with ANYONE if he's not winning. (Urban = Saban at this point)

A lot of top kids have an issue with sitting the bench, but not nearly as much if they will be playing for a sure thing national champion contender. If I was ****y 17yo kid, I'd want to start and would **** near demand it from the schools ranked 20-50th. If you're coming off 6-7, you are going to have a hard sell to even get me to visit if you already have a cemented started for the next 2-3yrs and have no track record of winning anything substantive or period for that matter.
