James Franklin now at Penn State, turned Vanderbilt, you heard me VANDERBILT into a 8-5, then 9-4 team for 4yrs straight and they even beat Georgia and Florida last year, and I believe these teams were ranked and he did it with 1,2, and 3 stars guys and a few walk-ons and Jucos. He made dem dudes believe. If Vandy could've had a legit QB even Kayaa as a freshman starting during his Tenure, they would have likely been a top 8 team each of those years.

They even were ranked for a while and they never had a QB

UM still gets a lot of 4star and a few 5stars and literally makes little use of it
