Fleck took over a Minnesota program that had been pretty average for decades.
1st year - 5-7
2nd year - 7-6, bowl win
this year - 7-0, ranked #17
Instilled a good program and built a winning culture. If he can do it with a team full of 3 stars, Manny and his staff can do better with the talent we get.

Manny Diaz is a horrendous coach who is only here bc his dad is friends with the BOT.

We are an atrocious team. Enjoy the win, which simply prolongs Diaz’s tenure here.

Yes. I too believe Manny is capable of multiple 7 win seasons.
 
I think he benefited from jerry kill installing a good D during his tenure and it has carried over for the most part into the fleck era.
Plus Winfield Jr is a beast at safety

Some fans just what to throw shade at every coach not named Nick Saban, Urban Meyer, or Dabo Sweeny.
 
manny is not a horrible coach. hes a first time head coach but two problems for him which lead to impatiance are 1)he was DC for 3 years prior and 2.) he popped off at the mouth alot.
