Hope we make the right hire soon

If the process drags on, and Im not suggesting it is now, recruits may wonder why we haven't hired anyone. Clearly it must be the right hire. And I know everyone has an opinion of HC and staff. Let me say this, if Beard is an up and coming coach and recruiter, let him go learn elsewhere. Maybe he will be able to help us down the road. Now if we make the right hire and he wants to keep KB, it is all good.
