Wishing for an aggressive 4-3 coach from the Cardinals or Seattles staff, but I'm preparing my heart and mind for Diez. And that would stink

Diaz is not the 4-3 version of No D. The typical knock on him is that his defense is too aggressive. Non-stop blitzing, stunting, etc. to create chaos up front.

How do you figure Richt is gonna hire Manny Diaz as DC when he goes out gets the best Dline coach in the country and a young stud such as Brown? Richt probably has 20 guys in my mind before he would consider Manny Diaz as DC. From all accounts, Richt looks like he is trying to assemble a super staff of guys that have proven track records with developing the best of the best.

We know about Coach Kool but Brown has already coached Melvin Gordon (2,587 yards and 29 TDs in lone season under Brown) and Nick Chubb, who was poised to have a heisman worthy season. The statements made on this board are downright pathetic at times.

The marriage of Diaz and Georgia did not go well.

Why would he do it again?

Why post on the subject, as if you know what you are talking about, when you can't differentiate between Manny Diaz and Willie Martinez?

Funny how people were getting upset at richt for taking too long announcing assistant coaches a week ago saying all the good ones would be gone. Then we pull brown, coach Kool, and there's talk about Raymond and Aranda the best D coordinator in the country arguably. Think it's fair to say we are in good shape compared to the last five years. He's probably got it all figured out just waiting for games to end or negotiations
