Is it just me does he have awful vision and absolutely no wiggle in the open field ? He regularly misses holes , and when he hits the open field it’s head down trying to run the defender over. Tackling himself a lot of the time.

He missed a huge hole on the nine yard run , it should’ve been a td.

Deejay on the other hand makes everyone miss, never goes down on the first hit and has good vision. Also has elite balance. With less experience.

Even Lingard was running full speed yet changing directions , killing mofos softly, he has unreal change of direction and runs physical. He knows when to juke people and when to lower the pads.

I love Travis....it’s just some things I’ve noticed.

Agree with your assessment of Homer. Lets see in the next few games and let the best man play by the time the conference games start. But Homer was being pegged as a potential NFL draft pick, he has regressed.

He really looked slower than last year. I was wondering if he was hurt or something cause he didn't look right. IMO give Lo someone more carries.

I’ll be real man, if it’s not a gaping hole it’s not happening with Travis. He has great explosion and top end but he doesn’t seem natural with his running. Vision is a gift , you have it or you don’t.

You would be tentative too behind our OL

Actually if you have a bad OL you have to play faster and think faster to have any success at RB. If you think he is tentative because of the OL then he doesn't need to be on the field. My guess is he has small injury that is further exposing his poor vision.

Homer has never been elusive but I still love him. I agree he needs good blocking. He is a beast of a football player though. The real three headed monster is Homer Dallas Linguard. No more of this choc gray. Gray's role should be strictly specials and FB.

Deejay isn’t . He makes guys miss regular , and never goes down on first contact. Majority of his runs he’s making something out of nothing.

They are different type backs. Our OL is actually really bad and all year we will struggle to run the ball.

I was such a big Homer fan after the FSU game last year. But since then, even with our OL issues....I think he's leaving yards on the field.

Also, the starting OLine run game is bad, these guys are slow as ****. Very unathletic in the starting 5 right now

Sweetness would struggle to run behind this ****** OL. They get no push and allow to much penetration

He was solid against VT and ND I think

Exactly my point , you give him huge jokes his speed and acceleration is there. But great rb’s make something out of nothing , or use vision to make holes. Like I mentioned earlier, he had a td but missed a hole.
