Miami, USC commits rise in the rankings
Miami also has commits on the move. Travis Homer has put together highlight film runs in the past two weeks and with his speed and big-play ability, we felt like he needed to be elevated among the running backs. In a year with limited running back talent, Homer is showing that he's one of the nation's best. Homer is now ranked as the No. 3 running back in the country according to 247Sports and the No. 183 prospect in the nation overall.
We also like what Zach McCloud has done in the early going. McCloud is also up to within the Top150 nationally as a physical, aggressive and athletic prospect at the linebacker position. Both McCloud and Homer contribute to what looks like a Miami class full of difference makers at the top.
