Central Michigan had 100 more yards (500+) against Syracuse than they did against Monmouth.

When are we going to learn that we don't hire coaches based on watching some team for the first time?

My goal by the end of this year is to prove how much You guys on this site are idiots. I'm a Cane fan since 87 and had 'Canes season tickets. I'm originally from Syracuse NY and I live outside Washington DC. I bleed orange and green. I have known about Syracuse football since I played pop warner. Thinking any Syracuse coach should be a coach at Miami is the silliest thing I ever heard. Stick to watching football on your sofa and playing video games. You don't know what your talking about.

So marrone wasn't better than Coker, Shannon, or golden? SHafer has done very well this year, his third, where I truly believe you can start measuring a coach's programmatic impact. Plus he is very familiar with recruiting south Florida. He'd be interesting with more access to good talent and Syracuse is a nice training ground as a hc before a job like miami. Guess we'll see if he can keep it up this year.

Fuente had two losing seasons before 10 wins his third year and 4-0 so far in his fourth.
